1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Utulivu, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Utulivu provides
Utulivu offers digital wellbeing tools, access to information about therapists and rehabilitation centres, community-support features, personal journaling, and AI-assisted conversations. These features are for information and support and do not themselves constitute a diagnosis, treatment plan, or emergency response service.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and use your own account. Mobile account authentication uses your phone number and password; email can be added optionally. Notify Utulivu through the contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Respectful participation
Do not harass, threaten or exploit others, impersonate another person, publish another member's private information without permission, promote illegal activity, or deliberately interfere with the service. Read and follow the Community Guidelines.
5. Bookings and providers
Therapist appointments and rehabilitation enquiries are requests, not guaranteed reservations, treatment arrangements or provider endorsements. Availability, pricing, eligibility, qualifications and clinical decisions must be confirmed with the provider directly. Providers remain responsible for the services they offer and the accuracy of their information.
6. AI assistance and safety
Utulivu AI is an automated companion. Its answers can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be relied on as clinical, medical, legal or emergency advice. If there is an immediate threat to safety, seek local emergency assistance. See our Health & AI Disclaimer.
7. Your content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You should only share material that you have the right to post. Utulivu may moderate content and restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, platform integrity or compliance with applicable requirements.
8. Availability and changes
Features can change, become unavailable or be interrupted. Utulivu may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after applicable notice of a change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
